Students who want enrollment in KU for any program must appear and qualify KUUMAT. KUMMAT stands for Kathmandu University Undergraduate Management Admission Test (KUUMAT). KUUMAT is designed as eligibility test for admission in KU s under-graduates management programs (BBA, BBIS &BHTM) and is compulsory for applying to get admission. KU s BBA, BBIS and BHTM are four years academic programs spread over eight semesters of full time study.
KUUMAT comprises of SAT based questions (English and Mathematics). Candidates declared passed in the Admission Tests will be required to appear for group discussion and a personal interview along with their parents/guardians prior to the final selection.
ELIGIBILITY
Nepali and non-Nepali nationals with a 10+2 or Intermediate or equivalent level of study program of at least two years duration in any discipline with a  minimum of 50 percent in aggregate  or  CGPA of 2 on the scale of 4  from universities/boards recognized by Kathmandu University.
